yarn along :: 2 january 2012

Knitting: A January cardigan just for me. The pattern is a delight and I'm hoping the sweater will be worn often!

Reading: Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey- just into the 3rd chapter, but seems to be the perfect winter read. A wonderful transition after the beautiful The Light Between Oceans.

  8. Beautiful yarn choice! I've long had the Acer Cardidgan in my queue too, and I bet it will knit up wonderfully in that alpaca.

  9. Great yarn! I love the denim look to it. I have had that book in my basket for ages but keep wondering if it is good. I might have to get it this year. :-)
